About Us

Philip BM & Sons Ventures Ltd. was incorporated in March 2023, with registration number RC 6902903. The company operates across building and construction, real estate and property management, agriculture, and software development.

Our construction work includes residential building and renovation. In real estate, we buy, sell and rent land and properties, while also managing properties for owners, including rent collection, tenant matters, maintenance and general upkeep.

Our agricultural operations currently focus on the storage and logistics of farm produce. We operate a warehouse and use our own logistics vehicle to move produce between producers, wholesalers and retailers.

Software development is an emerging area of the business. Our work so far includes a Farm Management System and a Property Management System, developed as practical projects for business operations.

We remain directly involved in the activities we undertake, with each area of the business managed according to its operational requirements.
